The sales contract enters into force within the meaning of § 54 (1) 3 of the LOA from the payment of the invoice issued for the order to the account of Westberg Kaubandus OÜ.

The consumer has the right to return goods ordered from www.proswim.ee within 14 days from the delivery of the products.

In accordance with section 53(4)(4) of the LOA, return cannot be made for products on the basis of section 54(1)(7) of the LOA, the return of which is excluded due to the nature of the product, including disposable products.

The withdrawal request for the return of the goods must be sent to the e-mail address info@proswim.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return of the goods is governed by § 56(3) of the LOA, according to which the consumer must return the money and other items received from the supplier without delay, but not later than 30 days from the date of dispatch of the notice of withdrawal. In unregulated matters, the provisions of sections 188-194 of the LOA apply to the withdrawal from the contract.

The money for the returned goods will be refunded to the customer immediately after the returned goods have been inspected, but not later than 30 days after the receipt of the withdrawal request.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer will bear the normal costs of return up to the amount of €10, unless the goods or services supplied are not as ordered.
