1.1. The consumer has the right to return the goods free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery and to receive a refund. In case of "Indivy Pay next month", the goods must be returned before the payment date (15th day of the following month). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may use the standard withdrawal form set out in Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions or by submitting another unequivocal withdrawal form to Proswim.
1.1.1. Return if the goods have been ordered from an Omniva or Itella parcel machine: You will receive a return code by message when the goods have arrived at the parcel machine, you can use this code to return the product from the parcel machine. To return the parcel, you must take it to an Omniva or Itella parcel machine and enter the return code received by message.
Return if the goods have been ordered by Omniva or Itella courier or if there is no return code: If you do not receive a return code with your parcel notification, you can return the parcel with the original parcel code at all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. When returning a parcel, please leave the address card with the parcel. Select " Return parcel" on the screen of the parcel machine, scan the barcode or enter the original parcel code and place the parcel in the locker, the return address card will be added to the parcel by the courier.

1.2. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, we will refund the money to the same account from which the money was received by us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the receipt of the cancellation notice, unless we may refuse to make a refund until the consumer has returned the goods that were the subject of the cancelled contract or has provided proof that they have returned the goods to us.
1.3. The returned goods must not have been used and must not. must be in original packaging.
1.4. The original packaging must be opened carefully without damaging it. Only if the packaging cannot be opened without breaking/damage, the Buyer is not liable for the damaged packaging. If the Buyer has damaged the packaging due to negligence, i.e. it was possible to open the product packaging without damaging it, the Seller is entitled to claim damages.
1.5. If the customer discovers on receipt of the goods that the goods have been sent to him/her incorrectly or are defective, or if the goods do not reach the customer in good condition and in sealed packaging, the customer must immediately contact the seller's representative by writing to the following e-mail address. email@example.com or by calling customer service +372 55 563 399 (customer service phone is available Mon-Fri 9:00-16:00).
1.6. The seller is responsible for the goods purchased by the customer during their transport. From the moment of receipt of the goods, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.
1.7. In order to return the goods, we ask you to fill in the return form sent to the Buyer with the goods. The return form must be enclosed with the goods to be returned.
The return form must contain the following information:
- name of the buyer;
- returnable goods;
- order number;
