Video training "Various CCCTB training" top runner Daniel Zaitsev and versatile athlete Katrin Zaitseva will demonstrate exercises under the guidance of long-time coach Toomas Paju. In particular for the core muscles centrally located at online training has Part 7. The first three parts consist of bodyweight exercises, the fourth part uses an exercise ball and the fifth part a balance ball. The sixth part focuses on muscle conditioning and the seventh on stretching.

 

For young athletes the heart muscles are extremely important because they are the stabilising and mobilising muscles of the body, which need to be trained and developed just as the young person's nervous system is developing, i.e. until the end of adolescence. 

 

The athlete can choose just the number of repetitions you want. Each workout also includes training programme, which can be printed out and used to do exercises and monitor the number of repetitions. For training Resources can be acquired Proswimist.
