RECOMMENDED: *Before exercise - about 500 ml of fluid (1 hour before exercise). *During exercise - about 1000 ml (per hour of exercise). *Post-exercise - more than 500 ml of fluid (2 hours after exercise).

USAGE: Dissolve 12g of concentrate in 200ml of water. Dissolve 37g of the concentrate in 500ml of water.
